Ronald Gene "Ronny" Gary

Ronald Gene "Ronny" Gary, aged 61, passed away on May 12, 2019. He was born to Clilfford and Doris Umphers Gary, Jr on January 28, 1958. He was married to Tatum Tenille Tucker Gary.

Ronny graduated from Eupora High School and after some post graduate work began his career as an electrician. He was employed by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Works (IBEW). He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Eupora. His life was devoted to his one son, Graham. He enjoyed tinkering with motors, working on independent electrical work, and just being a jack of all trades.

Mr. Gary is survived by his wife, Tatum Tennille Tucker Gary; his son, Ronald Graham Gary; two stepsons, Justin and Gavin Richardson; and two brothers, Gerald C. "Jerry" Gary (Janice) of Eupora, Mississippi and David L. Gary of Eupora, Mississippi.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Doris Umphers Gary, Jr.; and his sister, Linda Gary Jones.

A funeral service will be at Wise Reed Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2019 with Brother Travis Gray officiating. A visitation will be from 2:30 – 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Embry Cemetery in Webster County, Mississippi. Wise Reed Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
