Mildred Ann Mann Cook

Mildred Ann Mann Cook, age 75, passed away on August 15, 2020 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, Mississippi. She was born on March 9, 1945 to Russell and Fannie Bell Barmore Mann.

Mildred was a lifetime resident of Mississippi. One of her favorite things to do was sitting in her chair holding her dog, Coco. She loved her family. Her family remembers her most as making the best friend chicken and skillet fries. She was a member of LaGrange Methodist Church in Choctaw County.

She is survived by two sons, Thomas (Karen) Burton of Starkville, Mississippi, and Timothy (Cheryl) Wayne of Mathiston, Mississippi; one daughter, Karen Elizabeth (David) Thompson of West Point, Mississippi; one sister, Diane Tomlinson of Maben, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Chase Thompson, Gracie Cook, and J.T. Miller; and one great-grandchild, Kayden Smith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Fannie Bell Barmore Mann; all of her brothers; and all sisters except one.

A memorial service will be held at a later date by her family. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that all donations be made to Sanctuary Hospice House 5159 West Main Street Tupelo, Mississippi 38801. Wise Reed Funeral home assisted with all arrangements.
