Mary Ruth Henderson Dorroh was born February 15,1944 in Houston, Mississippi to the late Charles H. Henderson and Helen V. Pierce Henderson. She passed away on February 7, 2025, in Adaton, Mississippi. Mary was a retired English and Sunday School teacher and enjoyed traveling, reading and spending time with her son, grandchildren, and family. Mary was a committed member of Adaton Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Eric Stanley Dorroh, brother Charles H. Henderson, and nephews Steve and Les Rowlen.

She is survived by her son, Charles Stanley Dorroh (Trisha) of Starkville; grandchildren Alyssa and Ethan Dorroh; sisters Helen Jo Rowlen (Rodney) of Adaton and Margy L. Whitehead of Adaton; sister-in-law Elizabeth Henderson of Mt. Airy, Georgia.

Fulfilling her request, a grave side service will be held at Pisgah Independent Methodist Church in Choctaw County, Saturday February 8, 2025, at 2:00 P.M The family requests all memorials be made to your favorite charity of choice.
