Larry Gene Wilson

October 26, 1945 – April 4, 2023

Larry Gene Wilson ,77, of Eupora, MS, passed away at North MS Medical Center Eupora on April 3, 2023. He was born in Mississippi on October 26, 1945, to Woodrow and Earlie Mae Clark Wilson.

Larry was a lifelong farmer who, aside from work, loved hunting and fishing and being around little kids.

Larry is survived by his wife of over forty year, Patricia Pounds Wilson; two sisters, Anna Jane Nowell of Ackerman and Jettie Lucas (Harold) of Weir; two brothers, Eddie Wilson, and Hugh Wilson (Shirley) both of Eupora; a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wilson is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Earlie Mae Wilson; a brother, Duffy Wilson and one sister Lula Mae Henley.

Funeral services will be held for Mr. Larry Gene Wilson at Wise Reed Funeral Home Chapel on April 4, 2023.

Brother Terry Wills will officiate. Interment will take place at North Union Cemetery in Bellefontaine, MS. Graveside services will be in the Wise Reed Chapel.
