Francis (Franny) Elizabeth Buford, 37, of Eupora, Mississippi passed away at her home surrounded by family on September 18, 2018. She was born on June 9, 1981 to Randall and Joyce Allred Buford of Eupora.

She attended Eupora Middle School but graduated from Sturgis High School. She also attended the Cosmetology School in Aberdeen, MS where she graduated in 2007.

Franny was a member of West Eupora Church of God. No matter where she lived she always was affiliated with her church. In Maben she served as the youth director at the Church of God. She also served as a Sunday School teacher and worked with drama and music. Although she had no children of her own, she loved all the kids she worked with as if they were her own. In fact, she felt like she was "Momma" to her nieces and nephews.

Franny is survived by her mother, Joyce Allred Buford of Eupora; her grandmother, Nancy "Lizar" Allred of Eupora; two sisters, Dawn (Chance) Buford Wade of Starkville, MS and Kim (Cory) McDonald of Rincon, Georgia; a sister-in-law, Casondra Buford of Eupora; three nieces, Millie McDonald, Sidnie Hunt, and Morgan Boyd; five nephews, Ethan McDonald, Brody McDonald, Rawley Buford, Hudson Buford, and John Carter Buford; and lots of family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Randall Buford, Sr. and her brother, Randall "Randy" Buford, Jr., and her grandfather, Johnny Allred.
