Earline Hodges McCulloch

Gladys Earline Hodges McCulloch, age 86, passed away September 18, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora, Mississippi. She was born January 12, 1938, to George and Nettie McHand Hodges.

Earline married Robert O'Neal McCulloch on August 6,1956. They remained married for 68 years and together, raised six children.

Earline was a member of the Bluff Springs Baptist Church in Choctaw County and displayed her love for the Lord where she worked as the secretary and treasurer for twenty years. She loved for her family to gather all together so she could cook for them and enjoy the time together. Earline also enjoyed her embroidery, flowers, and the hummingbirds.

Mrs. McCulloch is survived by her husband Robert O'Neal McCulloch; four sons; Michael McCulloch (Georgia) of Eupora, Kenny McCulloch (Amanda) of Louisville, Curtis McCulloch (Cheryl) of Horn Lake, and Corey McCulloch of San Diego, CA; two daughters; Kay Bridges (Ricky), and Rhonda Cooksey (Jerry), both of Eupora. She also was blessed with fourteen grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Nettie Hodges; two brothers, Clifton and Charles Everett Hodges; four sisters, Jackie Robison, Gracie Robison, Rachell Hodges, and Hazel Adkins.

A visitation for Mrs. McCulloch will be held Sunday, September 22, 2024, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Wise Reed Funeral Home in Eupora, MS. Funeral services will be held at Wise Reed Funeral Home Chapel the same day at 1:00 PM officiated by Brother Jason Bridges and Brother Zach Eaves. Interment will be held at Bluff Springs Baptist Cemetery in Choctaw, MS. Wise Reed Funeral Home will oversee all arrangements.
