Cregg Bradley Elkins, 40, passed away January 26, 2019 in Lexington, Tennessee. He was born to Velma Silver Canterbury and David Elkins.

Cregg spent much of his youth in Eupora, Mississippi where he attended Eupora High School where he played baseball and went on youth trips with the First Baptist Church in Eupora. He later attended East Mississippi Community College. Cregg worked as a fork lift operator at AAA Parts and Salvage yard. Cregg had a great sense of humor and had fun joking and teasing his family. He enjoyed reading and playing computer games.

Mr. Elkins is survived by his parents, Velma Canterbury of Southaven, Mississippi and his father, David Elkins of Eupora, Mississippi; one sister, Carrie Givens Hunt; his grandmothers, Shelby Silver of Clarkson, Mississippi and Barbara Elkins of Eupora, Mississippi; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Mr. Elkins is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Frank Silver and Jerry Elkins.

Visitation will be at Wise Reed Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at Wise Reed Chapel at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. Officiating will be Brother Travis Gray. Wise Reed Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
