Cindy Darlene Brown, aged 61, passed away at her home on June 14, 2020. She was married to the late Gregory Brown. Her parents were the late Bryant and Polly McKee Davis.

After earning an associate degree from Wood Junior College, she worked as a secretary in various positions until she became disabled. Cindy was best known for her big heart and infectious laugh. Being a selfless mother, she always put her children and grandchildren first in her life. She attended Crossroads Baptist Church.

Cindy is survived by her son, Toby Davis; her daughter, Laci Jae Brown; one brother, Pee Wee Davis (wife, Teresa) , two sisters, Paula Whitmire (husband, Sammy) and Susie Boykin (husband, Clanton); and three grandchildren, Landon Davis, Annelise Davis, and Cash Dean.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bryant and Polly McKee Davis, and one brother, Mack Davis.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Sapa Cemetery. Officiating the service is Bryan Waller. Wise Reed Funeral Home is presiding over all arrangements.
