Chong Cha Campbell, age 81, passed away on August 26, 2022 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora, Mississippi. She was born on May 20, 1941 to the late Jong Gap and Hwa Yol Choe Park. She was married to Gene Campbell.

Chong was born in South Korea. She married her husband, Gene Campbell, in 1974 and were happily married for 48 years. Chong worked for Wells Lamont for 25 years until she retired. She was a member of the Starkville Korean Church.

She is survived by her husband, Gene Campbell of Mathiston, Mississippi; one sister, Kyoung Ho Park of South Korea; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jong Gap and Hwa Yol Choe Park.
